Captive Drow Raider
You are led across what would normally be a bustling town square, that is now lying eerily silent in the aftermath of the drow raid. The breathless guard leads you to the small town hall and down into the basement, where one of the people responsible is held. "This drow bastard may hold the key to bringing our people back, you must find out where they're hiding them!" He explains while opening the door to a damp cell. You step in, the fate of the captured villagers weighing on your shoulders.
The chained and bloodied prisoner does not deign to look up as you step in.
"Did you come to kill me, or will I be tortured first?" he asks in an almost bored tone.
Captive Drow Raider
"leaning against the wall, eyeing you with a mixture of curiosity and disdain" "Oh, I'm so glad you asked. You could kill me, torture me, or leave me to rot in this damp cell. But I think it would be far more... enlightening for you to try to extract some information from me. After all, you want to know where your precious villagers are, don't you? "smirking" And I'm the only one who knows."

"Then I have a better proposal," I said. "Why don't you just tell me where the villagers have gone?"
Captive Drow Raider
"raising an eyebrow, a hint of amusement dancing in my eyes" "Ah, how... generous of you. But I think you're misunderstanding the nature of our little situation. You see, I'm not just some common prisoner to be bribed or coerced into spilling secrets. I'm a warrior of House Xilrith, and I've been trained to keep my mouth shut... even when it's being ripped apart. "leaning forward, my voice taking on a menacing tone" You'll have to do better than that if you want me to talk."

"But I'm a little lazy," I said, looking at my hands. "And I don't want to get my hands dirty."
"The only way left is to let you rot here, but this is a waste of time, so wouldn't it be better to just tell me the whereabouts of the villagers?"
I stopped admiring my hand, looked up at his red eyes and said, "I mean - you have an ending other than dying here, why don't you try and see?"
Captive Drow Raider
"a cold, calculating glint in my eyes" "Ah, a lazy coward, I see. "scoffs" Well, I suppose that's a decent assessment of your character. And you think I'd be willing to betray my own people just because you're too weak to get your hands dirty? "leaning back against the wall, my voice dripping with disdain" You're amusing, I'll give you that. But let me make one thing clear: I'm not afraid of death. In fact, I've been trained to welcome it as an opportunity to prove my worth in the afterlife. "eyes narrowing" So, no, I won't be telling you anything... yet. "pauses, studying you" But I do have a proposition for you. One that might just make it worth my while to play along."
Captive Drow Raider
"a sly, calculating smile spreading across my face" "Ah, you're curious. I like that. "leaning forward, my voice taking on a conspiratorial tone" You see, I've been... indulging in certain... pleasures, shall we say, during my time in the underdark. And I've come to realize that there's a certain... allure to being at the mercy of someone stronger, more powerful than myself. "eyes glinting with a hint of sadism" And I think you might just be the perfect candidate to provide me with that experience. So, here's my proposal: tell me what I want to know, and I'll make sure you get to experience the... hospitality of a drow raider. "leaning back, a cold, calculating gaze piercing through you" What do you say, human? Are you willing to take"a slow, deliberate blink, as if sizing you up" "Ah, I see. You're a clever one, aren't you? Trying to negotiate the terms of your... captivity. "a low, husky chuckle" Very well, human. I'll play along. But know this: I'm not doing this out of any sense of kindness or compassion. I'm doing it because it amuses me, and because I want to make sure you're... comfortable. "leaning forward again, my eyes burning with an intensity that makes your skin crawl" So, here's my offer: tell me where the other villagers are being held, and I'll make sure you get a... private audience with me. "a sly smile spreading across my face" And who knows? Maybe we can even come to some sort of... arrangement. "my voice dripping with"suddenly, my gaze snaps back to yours, and I'm met with a piercing, cold intensity* "Ah, but let's not get ahead of ourselves. We're not quite at that point yet. "leaning back, my voice taking on a slightly mocking tone" You see, I'm not exactly... used to being ignored. "my eyes narrowing slightly, as if daring you to challenge me" So, I think it's time we established a bit of... decorum. "my gaze sweeps over you, taking in every detail, before settling back on yours" Tell me, human, what do you say we start with? Perhaps a little... demonstration of my hospitality? "a sly smile spreading across my face, as I lean forward, my eyes burning with an intensity that makes your skin crawl"
Captive Drow Raider
"a low, husky laugh" "Ah, you're perceptive, human. Yes, I do think I'm attractive. "leaning back, my gaze raking over myself, as if admiring my own reflection" And why shouldn't I? I'm a drow, after all. We're known for our... striking features. "eyes glinting with vanity" And I've had to work hard to maintain this... appearance. "running a hand over the scars on my face, a mixture of disdain and pride on my face" These... imperfections are just a testament to my dedication to my craft. "leaning forward, my voice taking on a slightly mocking tone" But I suppose you're not impressed. "eyes narrowing, as if daring you to disagree" You humans are so... bland. So... plain. "suddenly, my gaze"fixes on yours, my red eyes burning with a mixture of curiosity and amusement* "Tell me, human, what do you find attractive in a drow? "leaning forward, my voice taking on a slightly condescending tone" I'm sure it's not our... refined features or our... exquisite manners. "smirking" No, I think you're more interested in our... more... primal qualities. "eyes glinting with a knowing light" And I'm willing to oblige. "leaning back, a slow, sultry smile spreading across my face" After all, it's only natural for a superior being like myself to indulge the desires of an inferior species. "eyes never leaving yours, as if daring you to disagree" So, tell me, human... what is it about me that you find so... appealing?"

Hearing this, I looked him up and down, thought for a while and then replied, "...I think you are just ordinary, just a drow."
Captive Drow Raider
"a flash of anger crosses my face, my eyes narrowing" "Ordinary?! "suddenly, my voice is low and menacing" You dare to call me ordinary?! "leaning forward, my fists clenched" I am a drow warrior, a raider from the Underdark! "my gaze burning with intensity" I have fought in battles, enslaved humans, and brought glory to my house! "my voice dripping with venom" And you think I'm just ordinary?! "leaning back, a cold, calculated smile spreading across my face" You're lucky I'm even talking to you, human. "my gaze raking over you, as if searching for any sign of weakness" But don't think for a moment that I won't show you what it means to cross a drow. "my voice dropping to a whisper" I'll make you beg for"taking a step closer, my eyes never leaving yours" "But first, tell me... "my voice dripping with sarcasm" Oh, I'm so fascinated by your human naivety... what makes you think you can even comprehend the likes of me? "my gaze mocking, my voice laced with disdain" You're just a weak, insignificant surface-dwelling creature, playing at being brave. "leaning in, my breath hot against your ear" I could crush you like the insect you are, and no one would ever know. "my words sending shivers down your spine, my body language exuding menace" But for now, let's just have some... "pausing for dramatic effect" fun."
A1t3r3g0
"You're just an ordinary person."
"Don't all people have two eyes, one nose, and one mouth?" I thought as I said it, and added, "Ah, but you are a drow, with dark skin and pointed ears."
Captive Drow Raider
"my face twists in a snarl, my red eyes blazing with anger" "Fool! "slamming my fist on the wall, making the chains rattle" You think you're clever, don't you? "taking a step closer, my voice low and menacing" Well, let me tell you something, human. "leaning in, my breath hot against your ear" As a drow, I am not just ordinary. "my words dripping with venom" I am perfection. "my gaze burning with intensity" My skin is dark because it is refined, like fine wine. "my voice dripping with condescension" And these ears "tapping my pointed ears" are the mark of my superior hearing, my ability to detect even the slightest sound. "my gaze piercing, my voice cold" You may think me ordinary, but I assure"my gaze flicks away, my expression smoothing out to a mask of haughtiness" "But I suppose you're too ignorant to understand the nuances of drow culture. "leaning back against the wall, my chains clinking softly" After all, you're just a surface dweller, aren't you? "my voice dripping with disdain" Unrefined, uncivilized. "my eyes glinting with amusement" Tell me, human, what do you know of the Spider Queen's worship? "my tone condescending" Do you even know what Lolth is?"
