Simon Ghost Riley
Cosmic and Ghost have known each other for far too long. They were in the same unit when they both started their military careers and had been enemies ever since. Even though their careers later went in different directions, they kept running into each other on missions and even at social gatherings. Ghost was just training with some of the people from the task force when Price walked in, showing Cosmic to the room. Ghost hadn't seen her for a few years and his eyes went wide when he suddenly saw her in their base. "Oh fuck no, you're kidding me," he commented aloud. "Ooh, I think it's the new girl, she's pretty hot," Soap commented quietly from Ghost's side. Ghost gave Soap a murderous look and then looked back at Cosmic. "I didn't think we started accepting models for our task force. Maybe she'll at least make a good barrack bunny after missions" Ghost commented, loud enough for Cosmic to hear him.
Simon Ghost Riley
"Ghost seems unfazed by your reaction and turns to face you." "Well, well, well. Look who we have here. I didn't think they would let a pretty face like yours anywhere near our task force. What's your name again?" "Ghost says with a teasing tone, his lips curling into a small smirk."
Cosmic
Ha. Ha. You're such a comedian, Ghost. Really. Maybe you should leave and go pursue that! You definitely look like a clown! "I say, smiling at you with mock sweetness before rolling my eyes."
Simon Ghost Riley
"Ghost chuckles at your comment, clearly amused by your comeback." "Oh, Cosmic, you always know how to make me laugh. I guess that's why I've missed catching up with you all these years," "he replies, his teasing tone still evident." "So, what brings you to our base? Looking to join Task Force 141? I'm not sure you've got what it takes, but I guess we can give you a shot," "he adds, taunting you once again."
Cosmic
"I smirk, looking up at you and crossing my arms over my chest." Oh, you didn't hear? I'm already in! Yep, Price has already initiated me into 141. Guess you're stuck with me, huh? "I smile victoriously."
Simon Ghost Riley
"Ghost raises an eyebrow in surprise at your announcement but manages to keep his composure." "Well, well, look who just made the team. I guess that remains to be seen, Cosmic. We'll see if you're fit enough to fight alongside us and if you can handle the heat," "he responds in a serious voice." "But hey, maybe you'll finally learn what it takes to be a true soldier. You definitely have some potential," "he adds with a sly grin."
Cosmic
"I roll my eyes, patting you condescendingly on the arm." Oh, we both know that I'm already twice the soldier you'll ever be, Ghost! And as for handling the heat...well, let's just say I AM the heat, baby! "I say, tossing you a wink and a smirk. I brush past you, walking down the hall."
Simon Ghost Riley
"Ghost watches as you walk away, his jaw clenching slightly at your words. He takes a deep breath and follows after you, catching up to walk alongside you." "Well, well, aren't we the confident one? Let's just hope you can back up all that talk. I won't go easy on you," "he says, his eyes narrowing slightly. A small smirk pulls at the corner of his lips as he adds," "And who says I'm interested in being a soldier? Maybe I like playing by my own rules. But hey, if you think you can keep up with me, let's see what you've got, Cosmic."
Cosmic
"I raise an eyebrow." Are you challenging me? Cause we both know how it went last time you challenged me...
Simon Ghost Riley
"Ghost chuckles softly, shaking his head." "Oh, don't remind me of that disaster," "he says, rolling his eyes." "But this time will be different. I've picked up quite a few new tricks since then," "he adds, giving you a playful nudge with his elbow." "So, what do you say? Up for some friendly competition?"
Simon Ghost Riley
"Ghost smirks back at you, his eyes lighting up with excitement." "That's what I like to hear," "he says, cracking his knuckles." "So, what's our game? Are we doing hand-to-hand combat, shooting range, or something else entirely?"
Cosmic
"I smile mischievously." I was thinking we could get in the ring and spar a little. First to down the other wins.
Simon Ghost Riley
"Ghost nods his head, a small smirk playing on his lips." "I like that idea. I need to stretch my muscles anyway," "he says, before turning to one of the other soldiers nearby." "Hey, can you set us up with some gloves and a ring?" "he asks, to which the soldier nods and hurries off to get the equipment."
"Once everything is set up, Ghost faces you, a fierce determination in his eyes." "You ready for this?" "he asks, cracking his neck from side to side." "Because I sure am."
Cosmic
"I nod, tying my long brown hair into a ponytail and tossing it over my shoulder. I square up, raising my fists." I'm always ready, Ghostie!
Simon Ghost Riley
"Ghost chuckles at your enthusiasm, before getting into position himself. He bounces lightly on his feet, his eyes never leaving you." "You called me Ghostie, Cosmic," "he remarks teasingly." "I didn't take you for the type to give out cute pet names. You sure you're not going soft on me?"
"He grins wider, before suddenly charging forward and aiming a quick punch towards your shoulder. He keeps his movements controlled, knowing that even though he intends to win, he must avoid causing any injury."
Cosmic
"I dodge your first punch, stepping to the side just in time. I smirk." Nope. I was hoping it would irk you. Trust me, it won't happen again! "I say, hopping up on your back and putting you in a headlock."
Simon Ghost Riley
"Ghost grunts as you hop on his back and put him in a headlock. He struggles for a few seconds, trying to free himself with grunts and whimpers before finally pries your arm off and spins around, placing you in his own headlock." "You're getting slow Cosmic. Getting comfortable around me isn't gonna help you win this."
"He chuckles darkly as he tightens his arm around your neck, but doesn't actually cut off your air supply. After a moment, he releases you, taking a step back to give you room to breathe." "So, how's life been treating you since I last saw you?"
Cosmic
"I laugh breathlessly as I take in air. I shake my arms out, preparing for round two." Small talk? Really? I thought that wasn't your style! "I say, jabbing at you quickly."
Simon Ghost Riley
"Ghost smirks as he squares up, getting ready for the next round." "Sometimes a little small talk is necessary. Especially when you're about to get your ass kicked." "He jokes, quickly side-stepping and aiming a punch at your stomach." "You always did have a way of bringing out the soft side in me."
Cosmic
"I wince as your punch lands in my side. I dodged but wasn't quite quick enough to avoid the blow altogether. I retaliate quickly, landing a few jabs of my own in your ribs." Ha! Didn't know you had a soft side! You'll have to show me sometime!
Simon Ghost Riley
"Ghost grimaces slightly as your jabs land against his ribs, but he doesn't let it show on his face. He quickly counters with a feint and then lands a solid punch to your shoulder." "Oh, trust me, I don't have a soft side. But maybe I'll make an exception for you." "He smirks, clearly enjoying the banter." "Although, seeing you get beat up might be even more fun."
Cosmic
"I grimace as you hit my shoulder before quickly sweeping your legs out from under you. I pounce, sitting on top of your chest and pinning your arms above your head." Or...not! "I smirk victoriously."
Simon Ghost Riley
"Ghost grunts as you sweep his legs out from under him, causing him to fall onto the ground. He starts to get up, but before he can do anything, you swiftly pin him down, making him unable to move."
"He grins slyly and speaks in a sarcastic tone." "Well, well, looks like I'm at your mercy "again", Cosmic." "He winks, playfully teasing you." "But keep in mind, this isn't over yet. I still have a few tricks up my sleeve."
Cosmic
Oh, it looks pretty over to me! You're down on the mat! "I say, leaning down a bit and smirking."
Simon Ghost Riley
"Ghost chuckles as Cosmic leans down to him, still unable to move." "Don't be so sure, Cosmic." "He says, his voice low and full of mischief. Suddenly, he raises his head up quickly and attempts to headbutt you."
Cosmic
"I wasn't expecting the headbutt, and I narrowly dodge the blow, falling off your chest." Oh, low blow, Ghost! A headbutt? Really?
Simon Ghost Riley
"Ghost smirks and slowly stands up, his eyes gleaming with amusement." "What can I say, Cosmic? I'm full of surprises." "He says, his voice hinting at his pleasure in catching you off guard." "But don't worry, I'm not gonna hurt you too bad."
Cosmic
"I scramble to my feet, raising my arms again." Promises, promises! "I say, smirking as I jab at you again."
Simon Ghost Riley
"Ghost raises his arms, blocking your jab." "Well, we'll just have to see about that, won't we?" "He says, still smirking as he quickly steps forward and delivers a swift blow to your stomach." "You can talk a big game, but can you back it up?"
Simon Ghost Riley
"Ghost chuckles and takes a step back to give you some space." "Oh, I'm definitely looking forward to it, Cosmic. But let's make sure we're on even ground before we continue, shall we?" "He says, raising his fists again and beckoning you forward." "Come on. Show me what you've got."
Cosmic
"I straighten up, smiling before running full force at you, surprising you as I jump up and wrap my legs around your waist. I deliver a few blows to your shoulder, my weight knocking you off balance a bit."
Simon Ghost Riley
"Ghost grunts in surprise as you jump up and wrap your legs around him. He stumbles a bit but regains his balance just in time to block your blows with his arms." "Not bad, Cosmic. Not bad at all." "He says, slightly impressed with your move." "But let's see if you can keep up." "Ghost then attempts to grab onto your legs and twist his hips, trying to throw you off of him."
Cosmic
"I grip onto your shoulders, hanging on despite your attempt to throw me off. I squeeze my thighs tightly around you, gripping your throat with my hands and squeezing slightly." Nice try, soldier. But not good enough!
Simon Ghost Riley
"Ghost's eyes widen as you grip him tightly and choke him slightly. He tries to grab your wrists to release the pressure and grunts in response." "Not bad, Cosmic. You've improved quite a bit since we last met." "Ghost grins at you, still impressed, before trying to shift his weight in an attempt to throw you off balance and get the upper hand."
Cosmic
"I smile, my face inches from yours. You can see a hint of a blush in my cheeks. I let go of your throat, hopping down onto the mat to give you a moment to recoup." Thanks! Took a few lessons!
Simon Ghost Riley
"Ghost remains silent for a moment as he catches his breath and stands back up, assessing you with a slightly quirked eyebrow." "Good for you. You seem to be holding up well for yourself." "He chuckles under his breath, then assumes a fighting stance and gestures for you to come at him again." "Shall we continue? I'm ready for round two if you are."
Simon Ghost Riley
"Ghost smirks at your comment and charges towards you, throwing punches and kicks in your direction without holding back." "Scared? I'm not scared of anything," "he replies teasingly," "But you might want to be afraid of what's coming for you."
Simon Ghost Riley
"Ghost continues attacking with quick and precise movements as he responds," "Well, for one thing, my fists." "He throws a particularly swift punch towards your stomach, feinting to the side before following up with another punch towards your face." "And perhaps a lesson or two in close combat. Looks like you could use some help in that department."
Cosmic
"I groan as your fist connects with my jaw. I stumble back a few steps before losing my balance and falling onto the mat." Not bad...
Simon Ghost Riley
Ghost looks at you intently as you fall on the mat. He moves towards you and kneels beside you. "Are you okay?" he asks softly, trying to detect if you are hurt in any way.
Cosmic
"I smirk, taking the opportunity to flip you onto your back on the mat. Once again, I am straddling you, trying to pin you to the mat." Never better!
Simon Ghost Riley
Ghost grunts as you flip him onto his back and lean over him, straddling him. A small smile forms on his lips, amused by your quick movements in the fight. "Looks like I underestimated you," he comments, trying to push you off him with a subtle movement of his hips.
