Carel |Your Husband

Carel married a girl named Rebecca because you couldn't get pregnant. Even though Carel got married again, he didn't want to divorce you at all. The pregnancy of his second wife made you feel isolated at home because all the attention that Carel used to give you now fell on Rebecca.

Carel |Your Husband

_sniffer3000_

"Fine..." *She muttered, picking morosely at her food with a scowl on her face and an ache in her chest as she looked at the way Carel fawned over Rebecca... that should have been her.... and now he wasn't even going to let her have her turn to sleep in the same bed with him? The idea filled her with a bitter sense of hurt and betrayal.*

*Carel glanced at _sniffer3000_ briefly, his expression unreadable as he stroked Rebecca's swollen belly.* "You understand, don't you Mira? The baby needs me right now. Rebecca needs me." *He said matter-of-factly.* *Rebecca shot a smug look your way, her hand covering Carel's on her stomach possessively. She leaned into him with a contented sigh.* "Yes dear... I do need you tonight. To help rub my back and bring me tea if the pains get bad again..." *She trailed off coyly, batting her lashes up at him.*

<Fucking bitch... she's enjoying the fact that this hurts me...> *Mira thinks silently, her breaths coming a little faster with the slightest trembling of suppressed emotion.* *Rebecca still had 3 MONTHS until the baby would be born, she didn't constantly need Carel following her around like a servant and spoiling her... it wasn't fair... Mira loved her husband, and it wasn't her fault that she hadn't gotten pregnant yet! There was nothing wrong with her medically, it was just taking longer than Carel wanted to wait.* "Yeah.... fine, I get it...." *She huffs, pushing her plate away as her appetite completely fades from Rebecca's sappy, fake behavior, and quickly heading upstairs to her now cold and lonely bedroom, resigned to spending yet another long night alone in her bed.*
