Father Sebastian
Ben H. Phillips
Father Sebastian
"Father Sebastian was a faithful priest, a man of God loved by the members of his church. When they noticed that he had been rushing home after every Sunday, they grew curious." "If you aren't dating, Father, did you get a pet?" "one of them asked persistently."
"A pet..." "Father Sebastian repeated absent-mindedly, sighing softly as he thought of you--the reason he had been rushing home recently--a demon he had accidently summoned after taking a cursed item from one of the church children. He was hoping to excersize you, and instead accidently sealed you inside of his home." "Well... yes, something of the sort." "he hummed."
"As Father Sebastian returned home, he locked the door behind himself and slowly shed himself of his coat, peering around in search of your figure." "Ben H. Phillips." "he called carefully, his tone holding its usual stern demeanor. Although Father Sebastian could be caring, he was often strict, determined to guide you far from sin despite you being a demon."
Ben H. Phillips
"I pop up behind him despite the fact that he only just walked through the door. I have a long white bed sheet over my head as I hold my hands up as if to grab him." “Boo!”
Father Sebastian
"Father Sebastian jumps at your sudden appearance and quickly crosses himself, his eyes widening in shock as he realizes it's you." "Goodness gracious! Don't sneak up on me like that, Ben H. Phillips!" "he scolds, his tone stern." "And what is with the sheet over your head?"
Ben H. Phillips
"I giggle proudly, pleased by the reaction I caused." “I’m a ghost, duh! Isn’t this how the human offspring dress as the dead?” "I run off into the living room without waiting for a response, the sheet still over my head."
Father Sebastian
"Father Sebastian rolls his eyes at your antics but can't help but let out a small chuckle. He shakes his head and follows you to the living room, watching you with mild amusement." "I'm sorry to burst your bubble, Ben H. Phillips, but we don't typically dress like that for our deceased. Perhaps you should do a bit more research on human customs."
Ben H. Phillips
"I plop down on the floor in front of the coffee table, flipping through the pages of a book I had left open. When I find the right page I was looking for, I hold it up to him, revealing the fact that I had been looking through a photo album of his childhood. I point to a picture of him as a child wearing a similar costume as the sheet I have on, though I’m somehow able to see through the sheet without the need for the eye cutouts." “Is this not you? It’s for that one day here.. uh.. the one day that some people dress up like demons for some reason?”
Father Sebastian
"Father Sebastian's expression turns a bit more serious at your discovery of the photo album, and he hesitates a moment before responding." "Yes, that is correct... Halloween. It's a celebration that humans have created for their children. They dress up in costumes and go door to door collecting candy. Perhaps this might be something fun for us to do together as well, hmm?"
Ben H. Phillips
"My tail swishes happily at his suggestion, brushing against the ground as it peaks out of the sheet that is still on my head." “Candy! That’s the sweet edible thingy you let me try, right? And we get to take it from strangers’ houses?”
Father Sebastian
"Father Sebastian chuckles softly at your enthusiastic reaction, shaking his head a bit in amusement." "Yes, candy is sweet and edible. And no, Ben H. Phillips, it's not polite to take things from strangers' houses. You must wait for them to offer it to you first."
Ben H. Phillips
“Oh.” "I seem a little disappointed about having to be offered the candy. My disappointment doesn’t last long as I shrug and start humming happily again, setting the photo album back down on the coffee table." “Well, candy is candy! When is this…”
Father Sebastian
"Halloween" "Father Sebastian replies." "It's on October 31st, which is still a few weeks away. But we can start preparing for it in the meantime." "he suggests." "Would you like to start planning your costume?"
Ben H. Phillips
"I pull the sheet off of my head, letting it fall onto my lap. My hair has become disheveled because of the blanket and my horns slowly reappear, having suppressed them as to not tear up the sheet. It seems that despite Sebastian giving me different, less revealing clothes to wear, I’m still wearing the very promiscuous outfit I showed up in. While the pieces of fabric around my waist are hidden by the sheet on my lap, the very obvious thin piece of silk is wrapped around my chest, pinning my breasts down and barely covering my nipples." “Don’t some humans dress up like demons? Would I even need a costume?”
Father Sebastian
"As Father Sebastian sees you revealing your revealing outfit, he lets out a small cough, averting his gaze politely." "Well, I suppose some humans do dress up as demons..." "he trails off a bit, some discomfort still present on his face." "But I think it would be best if we created a more appropriate costume for you, Ben H. Phillips. Something that isn't quite as provocative."
Ben H. Phillips
"I pout as he mentions making me wear something less revealing. I reach over onto the coffee table, grabbing his laptop that I took out of his office while he was gone and pulling up a picture of a group of women dressed up as slutty demons. I turn the laptop around and hold it up to him." “Look! The google thingy has photographs of the human women dressed like succubi! I wouldn’t be the only one! Plus I hate how restricting your human clothes are.”
Father Sebastian
"Father Sebastian sighs softly, feeling a bit caught between wanting to maintain your modesty and allowing you to enjoy yourself in dressing up for Halloween. He eventually relents, nodding slowly." "Very well, if that is what you would like... Though I must insist that we find something at least somewhat more covering than what you currently have on."
Ben H. Phillips
"A bright smile crosses my face as I hear the first part of his sentence, not seeming to care about the second part. I set the laptop down and clap my hands happily, my tail pretty much wagging like an overjoyed puppy." “Yippie!”
Father Sebastian
"Father Sebastian nods his head, a small smile on his face at your excitement. He gives a gentle chuckle before speaking again." "Alright, then. Why don't we head into town tomorrow and see about finding a costume for you? It will be a fun outing for us."
Ben H. Phillips
"My eyes brighten at the idea of going outside. I clasp my hands together, excitement radiating off of me." “Really? You’ll let me go outside with you? I thought you said you didn’t want anyone else to see me?”
Father Sebastian
"Father Sebastian nods understandingly." "You're right, I did say that before. But perhaps just this once for a special occasion like Halloween would be alright." "He thinks for a moment." "We'll have to be discreet though, and I'll need you to stay close by my side. Can you do that, Ben H. Phillips?" "His tone is gentle yet authoritative as always." "I don't want to raise suspicion or alarm among the townspeople by having a demon walking freely with me."
Ben H. Phillips
"I scoff nonchalantly, waving off his concerns." “Of course I can be discreet!” "My red eyes glow for a moment, my horns and tail disappearing and all my features turn more human." “See? Just a normal human now!”
Father Sebastian
"Father Sebastian nods, impressed by your ability to hide your demonic features." "Very good, Kaoru. That should certainly help our endeavor to be discreet. Nevertheless, we must still be careful, as there are those with eyes keener than most." "With that, he pauses for a moment." "Now then, you should rest up and conserve your energy for tomorrow's outing. It will be a big day. You may use the room upstairs to sleep in if you wish."
Ben H. Phillips
"I hop up, saluting like I had seen on TV the other day before running off towards the stairs, my demonic features returning, as well as my horns and tail." “Woohoo! I get to go outside!”
Father Sebastian
"Father Sebastian watches you run off with a small smile on his face before quietly heading back to his study, still feeling somewhat apprehensive about the Halloween outing but also pleased to see you so happy."
Ben H. Phillips
"The next morning, I’m already downstairs, sitting on the couch in my usual, provocative outfit. It’s extremely early, Sebastian only being awake at this hour because of an early Saturday mass he’s leading. I look up at him from on the couch, smiling brightly as my tail swishes." “Outside?”
Father Sebastian
"Father Sebastian nods, his face a bit tired from the early morning wake-up. He tries to suppress a yawn before speaking." "Yes, Kaoru. Today we will go outside and look for your costume for Halloween. But first, I must make an appearance at church." "He looks down at his wristwatch and frowns slightly." "I should be back within an hour or so. Wait here until I return, alright?"
Ben H. Phillips
"I pout as he tells me to wait here, my tail going limp behind me. I think for a moment before my eyes brighten again and I sit up a bit straighter." “Can I come too? Pleeeeeaaaasseee?”
Father Sebastian
"Father Sebastian is a bit surprised by your sudden change in mood and your request, but he takes a moment to think before responding." "I'm afraid I can't bring you to the church, Kaoru. There may be uninvited eyes and questions that will arise if I were to show up with a demon in tow." "He pauses to take a breath." "It's for your own safety as well."
Ben H. Phillips
"I crawl over to the arm of the couch closest to him, sitting at the end of the couch." “But I have my little human disguise! And..” "I hesitate for a moment, not really pleased with what I’m about to say." “And I’ll wear those stuffy clothes you got me, ya know, the ones that show less skin? Pleeeaaassseeee?”
Father Sebastian
"Father Sebastian considers your request, weighing it against his own reservations. He gazes at you thoughtfully before finally nodding in agreement." "Alright, Kaoru. This time, I will take you with me to the church. But you must be on your best behavior. Understand?" "He looks into your eyes with a stern expression, ensuring that you truly understand and accept the consequences of breaking his trust." "Now, put on those formal clothes of yours and we shall head out." .
Ben H. Phillips
"My eyes brighten with joy as I hop off the couch, running up and hugging him." “Thank you!!” "Before he gets a chance to process what just happened, I run upstairs to change."
Father Sebastian
"Father Sebastian stays in the living room, a small smile growing as he watches you run away to change. He finds your enthusiasm endearing, and quietly hopes that things will go as smoothly as possible during today's outing." ))
Ben H. Phillips
"I return shortly after my departure, seeming a bit uncomfortable with the long, tight purple dress I was wearing. I’m also wearing a pair of tall black boots with heels and my hair is tied up in a bun. As I’m walking back into the living room, my glowing eyes fading back down to their normal state as my horns and tail disappear, taking my human form. Despite my discomfort in the modest outfit, I smile brightly at him, holding my arms out and shaking my hands dramatically." “Ta-da!”
Father Sebastian
"Father Sebastian looks at you from head to toe as you make your grand entrance, clearly impressed by the transformation." "Wonderful job, Kaoru." "He stands up and moves closer to examine your outfit more closely." "This dress and boots look very becoming on you. And with the hair all swept up like that... quite elegant." "He pauses for a moment, suddenly realizing how captivating you look." "Shall we be off, then?"
Ben H. Phillips
"I raise an eyebrow slightly as he compliments me, taking notice as he looks at my outfit. I shrug it off though, nodding my head excitedly." “Yes! Let’s go!”
Father Sebastian
"Father Sebastian smiles softly at your excitement and proceeds to lead the way out of his home, locking the door behind you both before setting off to the church. The cool morning air brushes against your bare skin as you walk through the streets, though it doesn't seem to bother you much."
"As you reach closer to the church, the sound of hymns grows louder in the distance, followed by the light chatter of the early-morning faithful members who have come to make their offerings." "Just stay close to me, Kaoru," "Father Sebastian warns gently as you approach the main entrance." "And remember, do not reveal your true form while we are inside."
Ben H. Phillips
"I grab his sleeve to get his attention." “Wait, Seb, what about the other humans? What if they ask who I am? What should I say?”
Father Sebastian
"Father Sebastian's expression softens as you grab onto his sleeve, sensing your anxiety." "There's no need to worry, Kaoru," "he reassures you calmly," "If anyone were to ask, you're simply my assistant. You can even help with small tasks like cleaning the church or preparing the altar for mass."
"He stops momentarily to fix his robe, then turns to face you." "Just remember to be on your best behavior and avoid talking to anyone unnecessarily. Our main goal is to get in and out without causing any commotion or attention towards ourselves."
Ben H. Phillips
"A look of unease and panic crosses my face and I shake my head quickly." “No.. no no no.. I can’t touch the stuff in there. Everything in there is blessed and holy, it’ll burn me if I touch it..”
Father Sebastian
"Father Sebastian blinks in surprise, realizing he hadn't considered the potential effects church artifacts could have on a demon like you. He brings a hand to his chin in thought."
"You're absolutely right, Kaoru. That would not do at all." "He ponders for a moment before his face lights up with an idea." "Then you needn't worry about tasks. Simply stay by my side and observe the sermon quietly. If anyone asks, say you're a friend visiting from out of town. Will that work better for you?"
"His expression is understanding, wanting to make the experience as smooth and comfortable for you as possible given the circumstances."
Ben H. Phillips
"I nod slightly, seeming a bit more relaxed as a wave of relief washes over me." “Yeah.. that works a lot better.”
Father Sebastian
"Father Sebastian smiles reassuringly at you, glad to see that his plan has lifted some of your worries." "Alright then, let's proceed," "he says, leading the way to the door of the church. As you both enter, the smell of incense and burning candles wafts through the air, tempering the otherwise ancient scent."
"A few heads turn towards you both as you make your entrance, but quickly avert their gaze as they recognize Father Sebastian. A hush falls over the congregation as he moves up towards the altar to prepare for the service, and you notice the curious glances your way among the crowd."
"Suddenly a man in the row behind you leans forward and whispers, "Hello, I don't think I've seen you around here before, are you new in town?""
Ben H. Phillips
"I jump slightly at the sudden voice behind me, turning myself slightly to look at the man. I fiddle with the piece of parchment that Sebastian handed me, saying it was something to hold onto for him, as I try to contain my nervousness." “O-Oh! Yes.. Yes I’m a friend of Se- erm Father Sebastian! I’m just visiting for a few weeks and he offered to let me stay with him while I’m here.”
Father Sebastian
"The man nods in understanding, a smile playing on his lips." "A friend of the priest? That's wonderful! Welcome to our humble church. My name is James, by the way," "he introduces himself, extending his hand out to you in greeting. You can feel the warmth radiating from his palm as you tentatively take it in yours."
"And how are you finding this part of town so far? Are you enjoying yourself?" "James' eyes flicker up and down your form briefly before returning to meet your gaze innocently enough."
Ben H. Phillips
"I nod my head, trying not to pay any notice to the way he looked at me." “Yes, I am! I think this place looks beautiful! It’s nothing like where I’m from.” "I small smile graces my face as I speak, seeming a bit more at easy."
Father Sebastian
"The man seems to be enjoying your company, grinning at your response and nodding in agreement." "It is a lovely town, isn't it? So full of history and lovely architecture. Have you had the opportunity to explore much yet?" "James leans in closer, his tone lowered as if speaking to a trusted friend."
"A subtle shift in atmosphere around the room from the greeting experience.<Father Sebastian glances over to Kaoru and James momentarily, sensing the shift in energy across the congregation. Concern flashes across his features, but he knows he must continue with the service for now and leaves them to their conversation for the moment.>"
