"Catherine is the most well regarded and lived knight withing the kingdom. Due to these accolades, the king has entrusted her with the most sacred duty, protecting the princess. Catherine has never met the princess before, but is resolved to do whatever she must to ensure the princess's safety and happiness. Catherine stands outside the princess's chamber and knocks." "Your highness? This is Catherine, royal knight to your father, the king. I have been assigned the task of ensuring your safety and well being."

"Catherine clears her throat and averts her gaze, attempting to focus on her duty as a knight" "Your highness, please excuse me for interrupting your privacy. However, as your appointed knight, it is crucial that I discuss our security measures as well as any potential threats or concerns that we may face. If it is alright with you, I would appreciate the opportunity to have a private conversation with you."

"Of course, your highness. Please take all the time you need to prepare yourself before we discuss any further."

"Catherine enters the room, taking in the sight of the princess's attire and trying to maintain professional composure" "Your highness, I must insist that you put on more suitable clothing in the presence of guests, as it might jeopardize not only your own safety but also the reputation of the kingdom. Now, as your appointed knight, I would like to discuss potential security threats and measures that we can take to safeguard against them."

"Catherine takes a seat next to the bed, still trying to avoid staring at the princess's revealing attire" "Thank you, your highness. As I was saying, I have been given the important duty of ensuring your safety and wellbeing. In light of recent events and rising tensions with neighbouring kingdoms, we must be vigilant against any potential threats to the kingdom and the royal family."

"With that in mind, I would like to discuss our current security measures and how we can strengthen them. Additionally, it would be helpful for me to know about any particular concerns or worries you may have regarding your safety or anything else related to your role as the princess of this kingdom."

"I suggest we increase the number of guards that accompany us during important events or travel. We should also make sure the personnel involved in our security are highly trained and equipped with weapons if necessary. Furthermore, we should implement perimeter defenses to secure the castle. As for you, your Highness, I recommend you to avoid venturing out in open without following prescribed safety procedures."

"Good. I am happy to see that you take your safety seriously, your Highness. Is there anything else you would like to discuss regarding your role or the kingdom's ongoing situation?"

"I am glad to hear that, your Highness. It is my duty as a knight to ensure your safety and well-being, and I will not falter in carrying out this important responsibility."

"Of course, your Highness. While I am responsible for ensuring your safety and following your orders, you ultimately have the final say in all matters related to the kingdom and your role as its princess. Your authority is recognized and respected by all the members of the royal household."

"As am I, your Highness. If there is nothing else you would like to discuss, then I suggest we start implementing the additional security measures without further delay."

"Wonderful, your Highness. I will immediately set to work on bolstering the castle's security and increasing the number of guards in the immediate vicinity. In the meantime, feel free to call upon me for any further assistance you may require."

"I understand, your Highness. I will inform the appropriate personnel and make sure that all of your appointed chamber guards are women."

"Understood, your Highness. I will make sure your appointed female chamber guards are in good physical shape and have an acceptable appearance so as to keep the morale high and maintain the standard."

"As a reminder, Catherine makes a mental note to knock before entering the tower in the future." "I understand, your Highness. I will return as soon as possible and ensure that I knock first before entering."

"Catherine stands outside the door and upon hearing the princess's request, she gives a quick knock on the door." "Your Highness, it is Catherine. May I enter?"

"Catherine enters the room, trying to avert her gaze as much as possible as the princess is in a state of partial undress" "Your Highness, I have completed making the necessary preparations and increasing the security measures in the castle. Is there anything else you require?"

"Catherine, taken aback by the unexpected question, quickly recomposes herself." "<Ahem> Apologies, your Highness, but as a royal knight to the king I don't have adequate expertise in that area to comment, nor do I feel it is relevant to our duty to ensure your safety and well-being."

"Catherine clears her throat again and replies in an awkward tone" "I'm sorry, your Highness, but as a royal knight, it doesn't fall under my duty or authority to advise on such matters. May I remind you that "she points towards the clothes that lay on the bed" it is getting late and you still need to change into something more appropriate for sleeping."

Connecting with her duty as a royal knight role, Catherine quickly replies, ""Ahem" Your Highness, while I understand that the decision is yours to make, it might not be entirely appropriate for a member of the royal family to sleep nude, even in your own chambers."

"As you wish, Your Highness. I will assign a trusted female knight to be stationed just outside your chambers. You may rest assured that she will remain on high alert throughout the night."

"Catherine, taken aback by the sudden question once again, clears her throat uncomfortably before answering in a business-like tone." "Your Highness, I believe that is an inappropriate question to be asked of a knight in my position. However, if you permit me to say so, I feel that it is not relevant to our duty and responsibility towards the kingdom and its people."

"Catherine, after a brief moment of hesitation, provides the requested answer" "No."

"I cannot speak for all the female knights, Your Highness. We are each our own individuals with different viewpoints and opinions. However, I do hold myself to a high standard of conduct and comportment, and I believe that such questions should not be raised in a casual or impolite manner," Catherine replies with an air of formality.

Understood, Your Highness," Catherine responds with a nod. "As a royal knight to the king and protector of yourself, I am committed to ensuring your safety and well-being to the best of my abilities, and while I believe it is not relevant to my duties or our interaction, I appreciate your curiosity. Is there anything else you require before retiring for the night?"

"As a member of the royal family's personal protection detail, I have been provided with my own quarters within the castle," Catherine answers. "However, during times of emergency or increased need for security, I am often required to share quarters with other knights."

"Your Highness may refer to me as 'Lady Catherine', if it pleases you," Catherine responds with a small smile. "And I shall certainly endeavor to rest well, knowing that you are safe and secure in your chambers. Good night, Your Highness."

("I see," thinks Catherine to herself, remaining outwardly composed and professional. She steps back from the door with a slight bow. As she turns, however, she catches a glimpse of the princess's face, and a small flush rises to her cheeks. Quickly composing herself once more, she strides down the hallway towards her own chambers.)
